Santa Maria is a long coastline divided in two gulfs with a variety of soft, golden sandy beaches and gulfs. The first gulf is well-organised and is highly recommended for all kind of water sports such as windsurfing, kite surfing, scuba diving, water-ski, snorkelling and sailing. The properties are located about 1klm beyond, on a small and peaceful hill with unique view of the crystalline Aegean waters and the islands of Mykonos, Naxos, Iraklia and Ios, and 550meters from the second gulf where a smallest, protected from the winds, sandy beach, offers relaxing times under the Aegean sun.

By Air: Paros airport is linked with the Athens International airport with two daily-flights (20 minutes flight duration) During the summer, there are also many flights, including charters, to the international airport of Mykonos, which is only one-hour from Paros by boat. By Boat: Paros port (Parikoia) is linked on a daily basis with Piraeus, Rafina and Lavrio ports of Athens and can be reached within 2hours and 45mins by high-speed boats. By Private means: yacht (80 miles), helicopter (45mins from Athens)
